Gwen Gunnels Blog Critique       Whether you are a Mass Communication major or a Mass Media major like myself, you have to learn to take advice from other people and learn from others as well. Looking back at other classmates work is definitely a big help when I need inspiration for an assignment and Gwen's blog is the one I find myself looking at the most.      Gwen has a very personalized blog and she makes it very easy to understand. She always makes sure to go into full detail on her assignments and this is always a big help. Her blog is very colorful and organized and it makes the blog seem very welcoming.       Google News is just another way for people to access the news. Google News was created by Google and it pulls up the latest news links up to date for the users to see. Google News also works on system where it is more likely to pop up news articles that are similar to things you have searched in the past. Google News wasn't just created for Apple users but was mainly focused on the android users. People can access Google News through IOS, Android, and the Web. The service has been said to be the worlds biggest news aggregator.           The difference between Google News and Apple News is that Google News can be more personalized and fits more to news you like whereas Apple News just posts the same news for all apple users to see.       In Kansas City, Kansas, people are starting to put on after-school mental health care groups for students who are struggling with mental problems. The educators that are helping put on these care groups are school counselors and social workers. They are also setting up care teams where they are educated on seeing the signs of students struggling with mental problems in kids that are too afraid to say anything to anyone.      While there is coronavirus money still being handed out, schools are working as fast as they can to use this money towards helping kids that are struggling with mental health.      It is not out of the question that covid could be one of the reasons that some of these kids are having problems.     The Arkansas Department of Agriculture is now accepting applications for the second annual Arkansas School Garden Plant Program and the new Taste Test Grant Program. These applications will be accepted through November 20th. The Arkansas Department of Agriculture is doing this in hopes of growing farms and agriculture in schools.     The Arkansas School Garden Grant Program is put in place to help schools expand their gardens on the school property. This grant will provide $500 to 60 schools so that they can purchase supplies like soil, specialty crop seeds and plants, and gardening equipment.      To add on to the Garden Grant they are also adding a Taste Test Grant where they will be able to serve the locally grown fruits and vegetables in the cafeterias. The Taste Test Grant allows 30 schools to receive $250 to be able to purchase kitchen equipment and utensils, serving materials, and specialty crop seeds and plants.     These specific...

           If you have not watched or heard about the new Netflix show, Squid Games, that came out in September then you have probably been living under a rock or you just don't watch much tv. Squid Games in a nutshell is a Korean show that came out about these adults who are in debt and they get offered an opportunity to make money. If they choose to accept the offer then they are picked up and shipped to an Island where the games are held. There are playgrounds designed for kids for these adults to play.
